Presbyterian Disaster Assistance Serving on the Front Lines

Hurricane/Tropical Storm Resources

The Presbytery of Philadelphia has provided numerous resources below for individuals and congregations who seek to support relief efforts in light of Hurricanes and Tropical Storms.  The needs related to relief and recovery in regions throughout Texas, Louisiana, Florida, and other affected regions are both immediate and on-going. Presbyterian Disaster Assistance  serves on the front lines of national and international work whenever natural disasters strike and is our first recommendation for those interested in embodying the love and compassion of Christ. As you engage in relief efforts, keep the Presbytery staff up to date so we can share with others interested and explore the possibilities of joint ventures to the region. Click here for a full contact list of Presbytery staff.

We also encourage congregations to consider collaborating with others in your region and ecumenically in your neighborhood to make an even greater impact.
