Online Bible Study Day 12 Leap Into the Light

Online Bible Study, Day 12 Scripture and Meditation

Thank you for taking the 20/20 challenge! Leap Into the Light!

Early in his life, *Josh McDowell was an atheist who decided to gather evidence to prove Christianity was not true. But the reverse happened. “I took the evidence I could gather” McDowell wrote, “and put it on the scales. The scales tipped the way of Christ being the Son of God and resurrected from the dead. It was so overwhelmingly leaning to Christ that when I became a Christian, it was a ‘leap into the light”

Lawyers build successful cases on solid evidence, witness testimonies and reading the facts. Josh McDowell was studying law when he attempted to gather evidence to prove Christianity to be false – but his analytic mind understood the proof set before him, that he could do nothing but “leap into the light”, and claim salvation!

TRUTHWAYLIFETrue faith involves hearing the testimony of others, reading the evidence in God’s Word and seeing the reality of the Gospel in the lives of people. Each of us has experienced that moment of realization, when the truth becomes a part of who we are. When we leap into the light and commit to Christ, we experience the fullness of God as a light from within!

May we testify to the Truth in all we do so that others may also come to hear the Truth!

“How, then, can they call on the one they have not believed in? And how can they believe in the one of whom they have not heard? And how can they hear without someone preaching to them? 15 And how can anyone preach unless they are sent? As it is written: “How beautiful are the feet of those who bring good news!” Romans 10:14,15
